I got the text from a Facebook/Twitter friend of mine. I had heard about the new changes, but this eluded me. I searched for it, but not until Vi pointed directly at it, did I see it. Change it now to fix the "shares data with non-Facebook websites" part:

"There is a new privacy setting called "Instant Personalization" that shares data with non-Facebook websites and it is automatically set to "Allow." Go to Account > Privacy Settings > Applications and Websites and uncheck "Allow". Please copy & repost."
