For those of you not following the conversation on Twitter, the subject of where Toad the Wet Sprocket got their name from. Why, Eric Idle, of course.

This gravesite is just off of US Highway 89 near Showdown Ski Area and
King's Hill Pass and clearly visible from the highway. I've Googled,
but nothing is clear about who this may be and why someone goes
through so much trouble to keep it looking so nice.

Some time ago, Eric Clapton decided that "Crossroads" shouldn't be as fun as the version that we all remember from Cream's "Wheels of Fire" album. Even when he got back together with Ginger Baker and Jack Bruce in Madison Square Garden in 2005, it was still the slowed down, just-a-tad bluesier version. This version is from Sapporo, Japan, November 12, 2006. "Crossroads" has finally been picked up a notch. With Derek Truck, Doyle Bramhall II pushing EC, this version is the best it's been in years.
